LEVE will be at Intersolar 2023 from June 14-16, 2023 with its innovative solutions, showcasing its best-selling PVN 2VBS-2 design and a new addition to the KLEVE family - the photovoltaic tracker. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about KLEVE mounting systems for photovoltaic farms, exchange views, learn about trends and news from KLEVE [solar].Intersolar 2023 - KLEVE booth A6.430
Europe's most important renewable energy trade fair is by far the best place to present innovative solutions. KLEVE follows the expectations of customers in the photovoltaic market by presenting solutions with quality, safety and trust at the core of its philosophy and strategy.

KLEVE photovoltaic tracker - solar tracking system
The photovoltaic tracker is an advanced solution for significantly increasing the yield from PV installations. Studies conducted by researchers at Florida Atlantic University indicate that the yields from the tracker can be as much as 30 percent higher than with classic photovoltaic solutions.
The KLEVE tracker is a single-axis tracking system that allows a photovoltaic installation to follow the movement of the sun and position the structure in an ideal position. The KLEVE tracker allows the photovoltaic panels to tilt ~60 degrees in an east-west direction. In the morning, the modules face east, where they begin their journey, and rotate toward the south during the day to face west in the evening. The KLEVE system is distinguished by its small number of components, lower failure rate and high durability. Seamless integration of the ecosystem ensures 99%+ tracking time.
KLEVE Photovoltaic Tracker Parameters
The horizontal, single-axis photovoltaic tracker from KLEVE [solar] features an astronomical tracking algorithm with 3d backtracking, with terrain-adjustable capabilities. Driven by independent geared motors for each tracker, it is designed for quick and easy installation, with no welding and no drilling. KLEVE trackers are HDG structural steel or ZM-coated and maintenance-free plastic bearings. The minimum clearance between the panel and the ground is 300-500 mm, depending on the snow zone. Additional features of the tracker include adaptive tracking for uneven terrain, configurable angle limits depending on wind speed, a battery-saving procedure for cloudy and winter days, or dynamic limits. The tracker improves not only the efficiency, but also the reliability of the photovoltaic system.
Possible Kleve Tracker configurations:
- Powered by local grid. Ideal and solution with a low failure rate of <1% for solar sites with extremely low temperatures or low irradiance
- With its own power supply from an additional PV module. Independent of grid connection, this solution needs a separate solar panel to charge its battery
- Powered by solar panels, with no grid power or PV module required. This model is only able to move when the solar panel is generating electricity.
- Powered by solar panels along with a battery. This solution makes it possible to perform rotation to a safe position while the solar panels are not producing power.
